By using the services of SmartWorks Santa Cruz Fencing or accessing our website at www.santacruzfencing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

SmartWorks Santa Cruz Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Santa Cruz, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars. We provide free estimates for all projects. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects before work begins.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.

Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. After that time, deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to complete the work due to circumstances within our control.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. We will assess any warranty claims on a case by case basis.

Property Access and Liability

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure that is not properly marked before we begin work.

SmartWorks Santa Cruz Fencing carries liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for fence installation when required by local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your fence project complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions.

If a project is halted due to permit issues or property disputes, you are still responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information on this site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
